The TANDEM TWO'SDAY
At Green Gear Cycling, Inc., we've had tandems in our blood for a long time. In the early 1970's we toured and raced tandems at our shop, the Dakota Nomad, in Fargo, North Dakota. When I got married in the mid-1970's, our tandem led the wedding procession. That picture was picked up by the wire services and printed all over the world (someone
even sent me one from a Rome, Italy, paper). Tandems have continued to hold a prominent place in our family's stable, including my two daughters' early training rides (once they graduated from their Burley Trailer, which I designed for them as babies). In the late 1980's, Hanz and I started Advanced Training Products (ATP) to design and build tandems for Burley Design. Since then we have built over 8,000 tandems. We are familiar not only with the many ways people use their tandems, but also the constraints to the popularity that tandems desserve.
Tandem Two'sDay addresses the great difficulty of travelling with or shipping a tandem. Designed to be a helpful, comfortable travel companion that works well, Tandem Two'sDay is convenient, but out of the way when not in use.

Despite its appearance, the Tandem Two'sDay is pretty normal, just more accomodating.
